- Enquiries: when you use our contact form, email or call us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your project.
- Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, discuss your project and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use analytics data, with your consent, to understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and Google (analytics and email). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years so we can follow up on your project. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed to meet our professional and legal obligations. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
